Delivery and Returns

UK delivery is £15 on weekdays between Tuesday and Friday. Special deliveries including Saturday and pre-noon are also available.

We ship worldwide! See the 'Internation Shipping' dropdown on this page, or contact our Art Consultants who can advise on International delivery options.

Our preferred delivery couriers are FedEx and Parcelforce. All art is sent on a premium next day service.

One of our team will call you before we deliver to organise your preferred delivery date and ensure that someone can sign for your delivery.

Tracking details will be sent via email the day before your delivery is due so you can check on the status of your delivery at any time.

If you’re placing an international order online, your delivery charge is worked out after you check out. However, you can always contact us if you would like to discuss alternative shipping options to your country. We strive to source the best carrier based on our extensive knowledge of international shipping. Usually, these are FedEx, DHL or UPS, all of which allow us to track the delivery.

On international deliveries, we don’t apply a mark-up; we charge you our trade rates. And we’ll call or email you before your art is sent to check that the delivery date is convenient and if there are any special instructions.

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a piece of art, and we want to make the process as simple and convenient for you as possible.

You can return or exchange a purchase within seven days of receipt. Please use the original packaging. Goods will be returned to us at your own cost with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods against loss or damage. This does not affect your statutory rights.. You’ll be refunded minus the 20 percent re-stocking fee when the art arrives back with us, directly to your original payment method.

If your selected items are in stock, we will despatch them straight away once professionally packed – usually within 3-5 days. If we need to order your piece, delivery will be 2–3 weeks, depending on the time of year and the artist's availability. We will contact you to make sure that the delivery date and time are convenient, as someone will need to sign for the parcel. 

Every piece of art that leaves Creative Edition is personally inspected, cleaned and packed by our professional packing team.

We use our own range of specially developed, eco-conscious packaging and strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. We have developed our packaging to be 80% recyclable, intending to be 100% recyclable soon.
